The new Apple TV
Apple announced its fourth-generation Apple TV 4K on October 13, 2026, shipping November 13. It’s one model with 128GB of storage and the A19 chip.
What’s new
For the first time it has built-in microphones for hands-free Siri. It can now build surround sound from up to four HomePods instead of two, and the new Siri Remote chirps and works with Find My, so you can find it in the couch. It adds Wi-Fi 7, Gigabit Ethernet, Thread and HDMI 2.1.
Price and who it’s for
$299, more than older models. It’s for Apple fans who want the best picture, sound and Siri on their TV.
